First week free on every plan, and a full refund in your first month if it isn’t working.
Every session, on every plan, is taught by a qualified maths teacher with GCSE examining experience.
These are founding member prices — locked in for as long as you stay, even once standard prices apply.
We bill for ten months, September to June. No payments in July or August.
First week free. If your child attends every session in their first month and does the homework, and you still don’t feel they’ve improved, we refund that month in full. One refund per family.
Year 9, 10 and 11, Higher and Foundation. Year 9 is when GCSE content really starts, and getting ahead of it early is far easier than catching up in Year 11.
All of them. AQA, Edexcel and OCR cover the same GCSE content, so the maths is the same wherever you are. Tell us your child’s board on the call and we’ll flag anything specific to it.
Homework set each week so the topic sticks. Every session recorded to watch back. And a community to ask in when they get stuck on a Sunday night.
If yours isn’t here, just ask — we reply the same day.
You join on Zoom at 7pm or 8pm. Cameras are off — your child watches, works through questions on paper as we go, and types anything they’re stuck on into the chat. I answer those live as they come in. Tuesday is one topic taught properly from the start; Thursday is exam questions, worked through and marked together so they can see exactly where the marks are. Homework goes out afterwards and is marked automatically, so nothing is left hanging until the following week.
Yes, and it’s a good time to start. Most of Year 9 is GCSE content already, so the Tuesday masterclass fits straight in — and a student who joins in Year 9 has closed most of their gaps before the exam year even begins. The Thursday exam workshop uses real exam questions, so some of it will be ahead of them, but plenty of Year 9s come along anyway and take what they can.
The Tuesday masterclass and Thursday exam workshop are open to everyone on the plan, so numbers vary. They’re taught lessons rather than one-to-one help — you can ask questions in the chat as we go and I work through them live. Small Group sessions are capped at six students. If you’d like your child to work directly with a teacher every week, that’s what Small Group and one to one are for.
The Tuesday and Thursday sessions are recorded and go up afterwards, so a missed week isn’t a lost week. Small Group and one to one sessions are live only.
Sessions carry on. We run through half terms, Easter and the Christmas holidays — those weeks are often when a bit of maths does the most good, and we’d rather not disappear for them. Billing runs for ten months, September to June, so there are no payments in July or August. Year 11 memberships finish in June once the exams are done.
No. Most students who struggle with maths aren’t bad at it — there’s usually a gap somewhere further back that nobody had time to close, and everything built on top of it wobbles. Find the gap, fix it properly, and the confidence comes back on its own. That’s what the sessions are built around.
In the Tuesday and Thursday sessions, no — cameras stay off and questions go in the chat, so nobody is put on the spot. In Small Group it’s up to them. For one to one, cameras stay on for both the student and the teacher.
Any time, up or down. Moving up can start straight away — we charge a fair, pro-rated amount for the rest of the month. Moving down takes effect from your next payment date. Either way, you keep founding prices on whichever plan you move to.
From your account, whenever you like. No notice period, no phone call, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.
Tell us. If it’s the wrong plan we’ll move you, and if it’s a one to one that isn’t clicking we’ll switch the teacher — no awkwardness. And there’s the refund guarantee above if you’d rather just stop.
