Free · First Saturday monthly

Up Your Maths Live.

A free two-hour GCSE maths session, in person, in Urmston. Open to any Year 9, 10 or 11 student — member or not.

Two hours of proper teaching on one topic — an in-depth session on the things that make the biggest difference to a grade. Not a taster and not a sales pitch. A free lesson, once a month.

Students work through the topic properly and then apply it to real exam questions, with a qualified secondary school maths teacher who also marks GCSE papers. You don’t need to be a member to come.

Places are limited by the room, so booking ahead matters.

What to bring.

Almost nothing — we sort the rest.

1

A pen and paper

Students work through questions themselves rather than watching. Bring something to write with.

2

Resources are provided

Worked examples, practice questions and past paper questions, all printed and ready on the day.

3

A friend, if they like

Book them a place too so we know the numbers — anyone in Year 9, 10 or 11 is welcome, member or not.
